Our Test and Service departments offer qualified technicians and application engineers to address your performance requirements. To ensure system performance, we recommend a three-year extended service agreement and warranty for new and in-use instrumentation, complete with NIST traceability and priority handling. Records are maintained on both the customer agency and product serial number should your unit change hands among colleagues. For systems in current use, coverage begins on the initial contract date, and is subject to product inspection and product updates to current revision level. ###### ANNUAL CALIBRATION To arrange for the return of an instrument for annual calibration using NIST Traceable Standards, contact the BNC Customer Service Department at 800-234-7858 or by email. If your application requires no down-time, ask for a loaner at the same time. An email will periodically update you as to new availability. ###### REPAIR Should your BNC instrument fail or degrade in performance while in use, contact BNC for a priority return authorization. The unit will be repaired and returned expeditiously with domestic freight prepaid. Note that some parts such as source lasers and detector crystals, or parts damaged by mishandling are not covered by the standard service agreement. ###### USER COMMUNITY MEMBERSHIP As new application support materials, videos and procedures are created, your contract allows you to take advantage of our User Community database and email distribution list.
