PCU Series | High Current Precision Magnet Power Up to 340A Current Output
The PCU Series consists of switch-mode power supplies that are optimized for the use of magnets by providing high-precision DC voltage with excellent current stability and extremely low ripple. They feature modular design and are available in typical voltage categories.
Each power supply has various currents available between 100A and 340A. The power supplies can be used in master/slave mode in parallel within applications that require more power.
To work with extended and rigorous applications, the PCU series offers the optimal ratio between power density and maximum precision. For all other magnet applications, the PCU units prove to be reliable power supplies that operate with quality, precision, and accuracy.
The performance classes extend as high as 15 kW (higher on request) for each unit of the PCU series. It’s simple to customize the units for a range of load conditions and requirements, given the PCU series manual operating and programming features. Remote control applications are made possible with the analog and digital interface that allows the user to read and write values to the power supply.
