#### Model 805-SG | 20 GHz Microwave Signal Source

Berkeley Nucleonics’ Model 805-SG microwave signal source provides a powerful set of features in a compact module. It delivers instrument-grade performance, increased functionality, and efficient power consumption at a reduced size and affordable cost. The sleek design combines low phase noise with fast switching capability, covering a wide frequency range from 8 kHz up to 20 GHz. The low spurious and harmonic content of the signal makes it ideally suitable for many demanding applications. Optimal Substitute for National Instruments (NI) Models FSW-0020, FSW-0010, FSL-0010 and FSL-0020.

Among the Model 805-SG’s notable features is its high stability OCXO, which provides accurate, power-calibrated and phase-lockable output signals. The frequency resolution is 1 mHz and the power resolution is 0.01 dB power. BNC offers the option for the module to support anolog modulations. The unit is remotely controlled with USB, LAN or SPI control.

The 805-SG is a popular choice among RF and microwave engineers and scientists. It integrates excellent signal purity, accurate setting capabilities, and quick switching capabilities.
