Model 765-HV — Pulse & Delay Generators, High-Performance Pulse
A 400 MHz pulse and delay generator that drives up to ±50 Vpp into 50 Ω with rise time under 400 ps, one or two independent channels, and 10 ps timing resolution.
Same platform, sized to your channel count and application.
Single channel
One fully programmable high-voltage channel: up to ±50 Vpp, rise time under 400 ps, on the same 7-inch touchscreen platform as the rest of the 765 family.
Dual channel
Two independent high-voltage channels, each separately programmable for amplitude, offset, delay, and width, with channel-to-channel jitter below 15 ps RMS.
Related
For work below 5 Vpp that wants the fastest possible edge, the standard Model 765 reaches sub-70 ps rise time at 800 MHz on the same platform.
Specifications reproduced from the Model 765-HV datasheet (rev. V1.3, dc-72305202), as published at berkeleynucleonics.com.
Radar and sonar systems
generating high-voltage pulse trains with a clean, fast edge for transmit and simulation chains.
Semiconductor and laser testing
driving devices that need amplitude well beyond standard 5 V logic levels, without giving up edge speed.
Big physics
colliders, photomultiplier characterization, and particle experiments that need precise high-voltage timing.
High-power microwave and electromagnetic systems
supplying the fast, high-amplitude pulses used in directed-energy and pulsed EM research.
