Specifications reproduced from the Model 12100 Series datasheet as published at berkeleynucleonics.com. Specifications apply after a 30-minute warm-up for CW signals unless otherwise stated. Typical values are expected mean values, not warranted performance. SPI, 001, UOP, MIL and SEC are options; MIL and SEC cannot be combined.

Where the 12100 goes to work.

Radar, satellite and telecommunications
true-RMS average power on any modulation format from 9 kHz to 67 GHz, with the WR-15 sensor covering 50 to 75 GHz.

Automated test equipment
SCPI control over USBTMC, USB HID or optional SPI / I²C, with an external trigger input for gated measurements and multi-sensor synchronization.

Unattended monitoring
option UOP logs up to 50 million timestamped measurements with only power applied; option 001 adds a scaled analog recorder output.

Secure test environments
option MIL write-locks all non-volatile memory, and option SEC adds secure erase with a random overwrite pass.

True-RMS power to 67 GHz, straight from USB.
