#### Model 155H/158H | High Power Optical Pulse Modules

Used in Conjunction with BNC Model 6040 Optical Pulse Generator Mainframe, the Model 155H is similar to the Model 106H, a high power Light Pulse Generator without CW Operation. The pulse wavelengths are selectable by the user and range from 1535nm – 1585nm. Standard power is 50mW, but new laser source may be selected offering up to 200mW. Fiber options exist as well: Single Mode (9/50, 9125) or Multi Mode (50/125).

**Connector**

ST is Standard, (Contact Factory for Custom Connect i.e FCm SMA)

##### Timing

**Trigger**

Internal 0.01 Hz to 2 kHz; external 0 to 2 kHz.

**Pulse Width**

10, 15, 20 and 25 ns. (Contact factory for custom widths between 5 nsand 50 ns.)

**Delay**

0 ns to 640 s (plus fixed delay) in Single Pulse. Minimum pulse separation500 uS.

**Module Delay**

30 ns typical (fixed) mainframe’s Pulse Out to module’s Pulse Out and 35 ns to Light Out. Jitter 100 ps rms.

##### Pulse Out

**Amplitude**

2 V into 50 ohms.

**Transition Time**

1.5 ns rise time, 2 ns fall time.

##### Store

A ROM determines the instrument’s allowable operating conditions and units of display applicable for the installed module.

A nonvolatile memory (RAM) in each module stores up to ten complete settings of operating conditions (trigger level, slope, etc.) and output pulse parameters.

##### Recall

The RAM-stored settings can be manually or bus transferred to the mainframe to produce the predetermined outputs.

##### Weight

2 Ibs net (0.9 kg); 5 Ibs shipping (2.3 kg) (when installed in a Model 6040 Mainframe, est. 24 lbs. shipping)

##### Ambient

Same as Model 6040 mainframe.
