# Berkeley Nucleonics

> Precision test, measurement, and nuclear instrumentation, engineered and built in the United States since 1963. Eight instrument lines spanning timing, signal generation, waveform synthesis, radiation detection, isotope identification, high-power pulsing, spectrum analysis, and high-voltage power.

## Fetching this site as markdown

Any page here can be fetched as markdown instead of HTML. Send `Accept: text/markdown`
and the server returns a clean rendering that keeps the page heading, the section
structure, the body prose and every specification table, and drops the navigation and the
inline search index. A datasheet typically shrinks from about 124 KB of HTML to about
10 KB of markdown. This is the intended way to read specifications in bulk.

It works on the home page and on every `.html` page, including all ten web books under
`/books/`, where a chapter goes from roughly 107 KB of HTML to 15 KB of markdown with its

There is no `llms-full.txt` for this site, and that is deliberate rather than an
oversight. The visible text of 736 pages runs to roughly 15 MB, which is past the point
where a single file is read in one pass, and a static copy would drift out of step with
pages that change most weeks. Fetch the page you need as markdown instead.
