Model 1105 Frequency Counter from Berkeley Nucleonics

March 1st, 2010

For applications in sensor development, the new Universal Counter from Berkeley Nucleonics offers a host of eye-popping features that further the research and test capability of sensor R&D laboratories. The new counter allows users to set up counting statistics and mean measurement modules which lead to broader evaluations of DUTs. The built-in Limit Testing allows users to generate reports based on count results within certain preset constraints.

Berkeley Nucleonics is a manufacturer of pulse and delay generators, arbitrary waveform generators and several counters. Our frequency and time interval counters range in performance and price from general purpose 400MHz systems under $2K to very specialized, 1 picosecond time interval counting. Give us a call or visit our engineers in our chat room, we’re happy to talk with you.

Model 1105 Keys Shock Wave Metrology Development at Dynasen Inc.

March 3rd, 2009

Berkeley Nucleonics Corporation is proud to announce that Dynasen, Inc., a manufacturer of stress, strain, and flow measuring equipment in Goleta, California, recently selected BNC s Model 1105 Frequency Counter to support their continuing development of shock wave metrology.

Dynasen s gas gun facility is privately owned and is one of the most complete facilities of its kind to study the response of materials and pressure sensors exposed to dynamic loads. A specific area of endeavor that can be investigated is the calibration and development of shock and high g-force sensors.

Press Announcement: Model 1105 Frequency Counter

February 10th, 2009
Model 1105 Frequency Counter

For Immediate Release,
The new Model 1105 Frequency Counter incorporates 12 digits of frequency resolution and 40 ps of time interval resolution. Engineers can now spend less than $1,800.00 and exceed the performance of existing counters.

An established Bay Area company, Berkeley Nucleonics Corporation (BNC) recently celebrated 45 years  providing quality test and measurement instrumentation. BNC is a leading manufacturer of precision instrumentation in both amplitude and time-domains, offering pulse generators that provide amplitude resolution of 10 ppm and amplitude stability of 5 ppm. With the recent addition of products such as the Frequency Counters, Arbitrary Waveform Generators, and Digital Video Microscopes ….
